WFFA Cup 2026 | Australia’s National Walking Football Championships – Sydney

The inaugural WFFA Cup 2026 will bring together State and Territory representative teams from across Australia in a formal national championship conducted under the governance of Walking Football Federation Australia (WFFA).
This two-day tournament establishes Australia’s official State vs State competition structure and provides a transparent pathway toward national team consideration.

WFFA Cup 2026 Competition Categories
🏆 State and Territory teams will compete across 6 divisions:
Women: 40s | 50s | 60s
Men: 50s | 60s | 70s
Teams are selected and managed by their respective State or Territory bodies.
All players participating in the tournament will be eligible for observation toward future Foreveroos selection, including the 2027 World Nations Cup squad.

🇦🇺 Player Pathway Opportunity
The tournament will also be the first opportunity for players to be observed and considered for selection in the Foreveroo squads ahead of the major event in world walking football in 2027, the FIWFA World Nations Cup, to be held in either Italy or France in the European summer.
