Level up your referee skills: Accreditation courses for Walking Football

Are you a football referee?

Did you know there are over 50 rule differences between running and walking football?

As our sport grows, so too does the need to increase our qualified referee base.

Football Qld has been working with Qld Walking Footballer Alan Templeton, WFQLD’s Steve Cunningham & John Hanley, to develop a referee course specific to walking football. Registrations are now open for referee qualification courses to be held throughout 2024.

Whether you want to be a referee, or simply better understand the basics of our game, the more players that have referee qualifications, the more beneficial to the growth of our game.
